Stakeholder Survey on the Surgical Treatment of Adult Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)

Thank you for help in the development of the clinical practice guideline for the surgical treatment of OSA in adults. The purpose of this survey is to gain a better understanding on the treatment priorities that matter most to patients and their caregivers when seeking medical care. These priorities will help the developers of the guideline determine which symptoms and outcomes are most important to patients and caregivers so they can make patient-centered recommendations for surgical treatment.

The information you provide will only be used by American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) staff and the Surgical Treatment of Adult OSA clinical practice guideline task force. We will not disclose or share your information with others outside of the AASM.
